This is what I made in a Photo shop work shop with one of my teachers, we learnt how to create a quick animation.

UCAS
After a 2 hour journey we finally arrived at the Manchester UCAS conference. The venue Gmex (MCCC) was incredibly large and overpowering. A few of us made our way around the venue, stopping at various stands and discussing our future educational choices. After speaking to a few advisors my first choice is now De montfort in Leicester, where I want to go and study either Animation or Game art design.

Birmingham Museum and art gallery...
Monte Civetta (1867).
Natural paintings.
'Invisible City - North West D6' (2001) - Digital inkjet on paper.
'Extensive landscape with Minerva expelling Mars to protect peace and plenty' - Oil on Panel.
Ann Sutton - Rotating Septrum bands (1986) Silk
Stephen Farthing RA - Study for a large painting 2008 - Oil on four canvas panels.
Lost in Lace Exhibition...
I really liked this exhibition because I have never seen art like it before. I really liked the centre piece has you walked into the building, it was this big dangling piece made out of glass beads, and when the light shined on it, the beads made rainbow colours.
I also liked the little videos found near some of the artwork, which showed you how the artists put up their work.
I liked this piece because it was made by anyone who went in to the exhibition, and all you had to do is wrap or put wool anywhere you liked in the guidelines of these wood blocks that was holding the piece up.

RBSA Gallery - Birmingham (14/11/11)
I went to the RSBA Gallery in Birmingham on 13th November 2011.
I really liked this Gallery because only one Artist was being shown on the 2 floors, Robert Perry his name was, and I thought his art work was amazing! On the first floor it was mostly landscapes (Above) and anyone could buy them which was different because I have never been to a gallery before where you could buy the art. On the next floor was paintings and art work of Motor bikes and engine parts, which I also liked, because some of his work was painted on to newspaper.

Grayson Perry ...
I have watched a documentary on Grayson Perry called the 'Tomb of the unknown craftsman', and I found it very fascinating and inspiraing. This picture of his custom made bike was created around his childhood teddy, like many of his art work, but this stood out to me the most because of his creative and outgoing style of the bike. The picture below shows Grayson Perry standing by a vase he made called ' A walk in bloomsburg', which I thought was also inspiraing, but also you can tell heput alot of thought and emotion into it because of the use of photographs hes used of different art and artists from the British Museum.
These are other examples of vases he made that are shown at the British Museum (Above) ' Rosetta'.

London Trip - 2.11.11
A picture I took of the london eye on my way to Tate Modern.
some inspirational pieces I seen, the first picture I took was of a film, it was just showing sea horses swimming around, but I really liked it. The Last picture is from the artist ... 'Niki de saint' and I thought this fit in well with my work because of the use of colour and texture of the piece.
These pieces of art by Roy Litchenstian were my favourite pieces, every time I go and see them they make me really happy and excited, because I love comic art!
I like this picture (above) because its also another example
of animation, Im trying to learn how to draw Manga (Anime)
figures because they fascinate me and inspire me.
This is a still picture I took of a main exhibition piece I seen at Tate Modern, It was a experimental film shown on a large screen, I liked this film because of the use of colour and different images of nature all mixed into it.

Oxford Trip - 1.11.11
We went to Oxford Museum and I loved it!
I liked this miniature sculpture, because it was very well built and had lots of detail in it so it made it look realistic.
I took a picture of a rainbow bouncing on the floor, It goes well with my work, because its very colourful and bright.
